To achieve this we are following our own procedures and standards, which are professionally implemented in our services. The Family, the people behind the company, are specialist in customer service for years. We do a multiple training throughout the years, as well as a lot of practising in different countries across Europe, China and USA. In our, more than 23+ years, experience we have learned what exactly work, how exactly works, who if satisfying how, and most importantly that each person needs different approach to be completely satisfied and to receive excellent customer experience!
We start this company with one goal, not to take your money, because you need that service, but to provide you with the best service on the market with extremely unique customer experience for the market at affordable price - paying for what you exactly need and be done properly!

COVID guidance : Due to continuing risk of catching and spreading COVID-19 infection we have placed a simple Risk assessment for our cleaners and our customers to follow. We all have responsibility to keep each other safe.
Cleaners: If not feeling well the cleaner must wear face mask, and keep distance in clients house, preferably in separate rooms with open windows for the duration of cleaning session. If the cleaner doesn't feel fit to work then can stay at home and inform the office in advance, preferably the day before, so we can contact the client.
The cleaner must follow the above guidance if we have information for not feeling well customer as well. We need to protect each others and provide clean and healthy environment.
If the Cleaner or Customers` Health are classed as Vulnerable then we will do our best not to meet each other till the symptoms stops or they start feeling better and are not contagious. For that case we will need both Cleaner and Customer to use common sense and take steps to inform our office if not feeling well.
The Customers: If not feeling well the customer must try to protect our cleaners so we can protect other customers and families as well. So preferably the customer should stay away from the cleaner for the duration of the cleaning session and if possible to isolate him/herself in separate room.
The customer must follow the above guidance if we have information for not feeling well cleaner as well.
